Q1 2024 Performance of Top RTS Apps on iOS in Latin America

Latin America's mobile gaming community has shown a consistent interest in the real-time strategy (RTS) genre on iOS devices. Sensor Tower's data provides a clear view of how the top 5 RTS applications performed during the first quarter of 2024.

Clash Royale by Supercell maintained robust figures with revenues starting at $234K in the first week of January and peaking at nearly $196K in early March. Downloads for the quarter began at 87K and saw a consistent range between 62K to 75K weekly, while weekly active users hovered around 2.3M.

Riot Games' TFT: Teamfight Tactics saw revenues ranging from $2K to $10K, with a notable spike in the fourth week of January. Downloads started at 4K in the first week of January, dipping to around 1K in early March before rising again to 3K by the quarter's end. Active users were at their highest in the last week of March, reaching over 64K.

Warcraft Rumble, a newcomer from Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., started the quarter with $4K in revenue and ended with a slight increase to around $2.7K in the last week. Downloads saw a significant drop from 2.5K in the first week to under 1K in February, but then increased to 1.3K by March end. Weekly active users showed a slight increase from 11K to 11.3K throughout the quarter.

Voodoo's Mob Control reported revenues fluctuating between $1.7K and $4K, with the highest revenue reaching nearly $4K in the first week of February and March. Downloads demonstrated an upward trend from 14K in the first week of January to over 30K by the end of March. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 21K and rising to almost 35K.

Lastly, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened from Warner Bros. displayed modest revenue figures, beginning at $2.5K and ending the quarter at around $2.6K. Downloads for the game fluctuated throughout the period, with a peak at 2.4K in mid-February and a low at 1K in mid-March. Weekly active users showed a slight increase from 9.6K to 7.5K over the quarter.
